Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to immediately fil one (1) position in the Sudbury area with a bilingual imperative BBB/BBB second language profile.

A pool of partially and/or fully qualified candidates can be established and used to fill similar positions at this group and level. This process may be used for a variety of positions, security requirements, language requirements, conditions of employment and tenures (including, but not limited to, indeterminate appointments, term appointments, internal assignments, secondments, deployments, acting appointments, casual employment) within the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario.

Education:
Graduation with a diploma from a recognized college in office automation, secretarial or related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
E1 – Experience in providing administrative support services
E2 – Experience providing client services

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Asset Experience:
AEX1: Experience in data entry
AEX2: Experience in the provision of human resources support services
AEX3: Experience in interacting with internal or external stakeholders
AEX4: Experience in the coordination of various administrative services to management
AEX5: Experience in drafting, editing, formatting, revising correspondence or reports and responding to requests for information.
