Job Summary:
The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for managing the operation and function of the Housekeeping/Laundry Department, the Dietary Department, the Maintenance Department and the Information Technology Department.

The Environmental Services Manager is a member of the Management Team and is responsible and accountable to the Chief Financial Officer. They are responsible for the overall management of the Environmental Service Departments, ensuring that each department meets expected standards.

Qualifications:

1. Related technical degree or diploma and 5 years management experience is an asset.
2. Evidence of completion or willingness to obtain administrative, leadership or management certificate, diploma or similar courses is an asset.
3. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in policy development and implementation
5. Desire and ability to take responsibility for their own professional development
6. Basic Computer Skills
