Job 1: Reliability Technician

Description:
LDI mine is looking for a motivated individual to join our Reliability Team. Reporting to the Planning/Reliability General Foreman, you will work a 4 on 3 off schedule at the Lac des Iles Mine site.
The MLT (Machinery Lubrication Technician Level 1) position is responsible for equipment lubrication, contamination control, inspection and proactive maintenance activities for all lubricated mechanical systems.
A description of the general activities may include:
Coordination of inventory and routine ordering of products
Use of tools and equipment for routine and non-routine lubrication functions
Operation filtration equipment
Grease lubrication with ultrasonic, manual and automatic dispensing equipment
Maintenance of dispensing equipment and automatic systems
Labeling and tagging reservoirs, equipment, inventory and delivery containers
Printing and fulfilling planned lubrication activities
Update scheduling systems, including adding notes to system and requesting work orders for maintenance repairs and activities
Perform field level oil analysis, including: Crackle, Viscosity, Demulsibility and Blotter test
Manage the lubrication and oil sampling program, report as required and generate corrective  identified from P

Qualifications:
The MLT Level 1 position requires the following skills and abilities:
Good oral and written communication skills and good team building skills.
Capability to work in an unsupervised position effectively.
Capability to read and interpret technical documents, such as OEM Maintenance plans, blue prints, advanced Lubrication Technology instruction and recommendations.
Capability to operate moderately complex software and web based programs for lubrication scheduling and oil analysis functions.
Understanding of fundamental lubrication concepts and application of these concepts (such as Viscosity, NLFI #’s, V.I., AW, EP,R&O, ISO Cleanliness Codes, Beta Filter Rating, etc.).
ICML – MLT Level 1 Certification (within 180 days of placement).
Have a strong fundamental understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and circulating systems operation, contamination control and maintenance functions.
Should be qualified to operate lifting equipment (Fort Truck, Skip Hoist, Etc.)
Should be qualified to perform lockout-tag out procedures.

Job 2: Fleet Reliability Specialist

Description:
Reporting to the Maintenance Planning and Reliability General Foreman, the successful candidate will work at the Lac des Iles mine site rotation to be determined.
Mobile lubrication management.
Monitor and initiate actions on both live feed data and other leading indicators ie; oil sampling, NDT, telemetrics, etc.
Risk management, collect and analyze data to support and initiate predictive maintenance actions.
Collaborate to develop the predictive maintenance program.
Component tracking hrs. for rebuild, components failure follow-up with OEM, warranty tracking.
Prepare and present reports.
Equipment ECM information analysis for loading and haulage equipment surface and underground.
initiate failure analysis and vendor follow-up.
Involvement in Root cause analysis.
Provide expertise to assist with expanding digital wireless systems to further monitor equipment health.
Develop, communicate and manage the Asset Maintenance Strategy for all critical equipment (combination of Regulatory, Preventative, Predictive and Corrective maintenance tasks, documented and active in SAP)

Qualifications:
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or trade qualification as HD Mechanic, or 5 years of maintenance/reliability experience in a mining and milling environment
Background in Reliability Centered Maintenance including PDM, condition monitoring, criticality analysis, RCA, etc.
Membership in, or working toward a professional designation (Reliability Engineer, CMRP, CMRT, MMP, MLA, MLT, etc.)
Understanding of equipment dynamics, machine maintenance and equipment information systems
Ability to prioritize and plan – attention to both leading and lagging indicators requiring action
Effective interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
High level of working experience with Microsoft Office Applications and CMMS systems (4site)

Job 3: Planning & Reliability General Foreman

Descriptin:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manger working 4 days on followed by 3 days off, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance planning and reliability functions for the mine site. This includes mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and mobile equipment for the underground, surface operations, fixed plant and mill. The successful applicant will be capable of effectively managing capacity and resources required to address backlog, as well as identify opportunities to reduce or eliminate downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance. This position is also responsible for planning all non-emergency maintenance work including day-to-day activities, short-term outages, and planned shutdowns.

Qualifications:
Ensure all planning and reliability personnel perform their activities in a safe manner that follows all company policies and procedures.
Oversee planning of daily routine and non-routine maintenance work.
Plan material, labour, and tools needed for all non-emergency maintenance work.
Work closely with onsite and outside contractors to ensure all projects are planned and executed on time and on budget.
Conducts weekly meetings with each department and project engineering to coordinate short term and long term planned equipment downtime needs.
Reviews and issues weekly PM schedules to all departments.
Analyzes results of the preventative/ predictive maintenance programs and takes corrective action as required.
Maintains all aspects of the CMMS system.
Develop and plan life cycle of critical equipment.
Identify work requests that need to be included in the MOC process to ensure this process is completed prior to the work order being issued.

Preferred skills and technical competencies expected of the successful candidate would be previous experience in scheduling, navigating Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (4site) as well as high level of competency in Microsoft office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with a demonstrated level of leadership and organizational skills.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 10 years experience in an industrial setting; preferred mining related field in electrical/instrumentation, mechanical, mobile equipment with related post secondary education or trade certification. Experienced in communicating with OEM or other suppliers for procurement, kitting and staging for planned jobs. A portion of this planned work will be underground related and require time spent in that setting, underground common core is considered an asset for this position.

Job 4: Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer

Description:
Reporting to the Maintenance Planning and Reliability General Foreman, the successful candidate will work at the Lac des Iles mine site rotation to be determined.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the 2022 installation of our new online vibration monitoring
Monitor and initiate actions on both live feed data and other leading indicators ie; vibration monitoring, oil sampling, NDT, UE and thermography, etc.
Risk management, collect and analyze data to support and initiate predictive maintenance actions
Collaborate to develop the predictive maintenance program
Component tracking hrs. for rebuild, components failure follow-up with OEM, warranty tracking
Prepare and Preform Pareto and RCFA reports on fixed plant equipment failures
Preform FMEA to improve PM Program
Involvement in Root cause analysis
Provide expertise to assist with expanding digital wireless systems to further monitor equipment health
Support the Maintenance & Operations teams for shutdown forecasting

Qualifications:
University Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or trade qualification or 5 years of maintenance/reliability experience in a mining and milling environment
Background in Reliability Centered Maintenance including PDM, condition monitoring, criticality analysis, RCA, etc.
Membership in, or working toward a professional designation (Reliability Engineer, CMRP, CMRT, MMP, MLA, MLT, etc.)
Understanding of equipment dynamics, machine maintenance and equipment information systems
Ability to prioritize and plan – attention to both leading and lagging indicators requiring action
Fluent in both oral and written English and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD and CMMS and proven problem solver with various methodologies
Technical writing skills, effective communication
