This is an excellent career opportunity for a results-oriented sales representative with familiarity with custom metal fabrication.

The Company:
Lonestar Inc. ( has over 30 years of experience as an engineering, design and project management company performing services such as design and professional engineering, welding, fabricating, painting and sandblasting, metal forming and shearing, industrial milllwrighting, tube bending, machining and CNC laser cutting.

The Position:
The Sales Representative will report to the President and will lead the company’s sales efforts.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate account relationships across Ontario and nearby U.S. states
  • Work mainly remotely and travel regularly to various client sites
  • Introduce potential client opportunities to the engineering and design team for the development of detailed quotations
  • Maintain a high activity level in contacting and building relationships with decision-makers in targeted industries
  • Build and maintain a high level of trust with clients by dealing with their issues in a prompt and straightforward manner.

Education and Experience

  • 3 years of sales experience in metal fabrication
  • Negotiations and contract management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including strong written presentation skills using computer-based tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent verbal presentation skills
