Job Description:
Lac des Iles Mines is currently recruiting for twelve (12) summer student positions to work in the Maintenance, Warehouse or Mill Departments during the period May 1 to August 31, 2023. Experience in a mining or industrial setting is an asset. Preference will be given to a child of a Lac des Iles Mine Ltd. employee, who is enrolled in one of the following disciplines:
- Mining
- Business
- Engineering
- Maintenance
The schedule worked will be dependent on the work assignment area and could be 7 days on and 7 days off, 4 days on and 3 days off, or 14 days on and 14 days off.
Each student will be paid an hourly wage.
Qualifications:
To be eligible, students must be eighteen (18) years of age or older prior to commencing employment and be enrolled and/or registered in a post-secondary or continuing education program (University or College) and provide supporting documentation.
